This is a cottage style first floor flat situated in picturesque Church Bay it is above the renowned sea food restaurant, with working Lobster tanks in the garden. Only 11 miles from Holyhead, the ferry port to Ireland.

Church Bay is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Island of Anglesey, for coastal walks, bathing, sailing, bird watching, fishing etc. Anglesey boasts several excellent 18 hole golf courses.

The Anchorage is a spacious 4 bedroom house situated in the grounds of The Lobster Pot Restaurant, at Church Bay .It is 100 yards from

the safe, sandy beach. Wonderful for family holiday, bird watching (peregrine falcons, choughs, fulmers)

The Anchorage is adjacent to the fascinatingworking lobster holding tanks where you can purchase local shellfish at it's freshest

The Anchorage has recently been totally renovated and refurbished to a high standard

The accommodation comprimises of:

Entrance porch with central heating boiler. Plenty of coat hooks for drying & storage rack for wellies and walking boots.

The rear hallway leads past a small laundry room with sink, washing machine & tumble drier.

Then on past a shower room with downstairs toilet. Ideal for coming straight off the beach!

Then we get to the well appointed kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave & breakfast bar.

The Kitchen archway leads to the dining area with large dining table seating 8. The comfortable sitting room with wood burner has a flat screen tv and dvd player and wi-fi connection.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.

2 double bedrooms both en-suite and one has a t.v. and sea-views

Outside there's a small contained garden with a picnic table on the patio.
